"Day of Event" coordinating services is an affordable way to pamper yourself on your wedding day. Our package prices are extremely affordable and the benefits are immeasurable.

Having an event coordinator for your wedding is an absolute must, especially if the details of your day are important.  A wedding coordinator will allow you, your family and your closest friends to be free to enjoy your day.  There are many rolls and services provided by coordinators.  Special Event Solutions specializes in “Day of Event” coordinating.  “Day of Event” coordinating is more affordable than traditional wedding coordinating because you have taken care of the majority of your details.  We become most active in the days just before the wedding when it’s truly time for you to be the bride. 

During your planning process, our coordinators make themselves available to answer your questions, offer vendor referrals and give you guidance but you’re saving money because we don’t have to put in as many hours before the day of the actual event. We always take the necessary steps to examine the details of your plan, review your vendor contracts and communicate with your vendors a detailed timeline of your wedding day itinerary and expectations.  These three steps, along with the fact that we have a true passion for our business, are what has allowed us to exceed all of our bride’s expectations.   

Having our coordinating team present for your wedding day is like having insurance.  We hope you will take advantage of our years of industry knowledge.  Our coordinators will take every step to ensure that your wedding day will be just as you’ve always dreamed it would be. After all, there is only one beginning to “happily ever after” and it should be perfect.
